Cocoa cake without eggs
ingredients
750 g semi-coarse flour 300 g granulated sugar 15 g cocoa 2 KL baking soda 1/2 KL salt 500 ml brewed coffee 200 ml vegetable oil 3 tbsp vinegar 1 packet vanilla sugar

We baked this cake when we had a big sweet tooth but no eggs Since then we keep making it for visitors and everyone always asks for the recipe . Most of the time our teenagers bake it themselves

Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, vanilla sugar, baking soda and salt.

Add the cold coffee and oil and finally the vinegar. Line a baking tray with baking paper and pour in the batter.

You can add anything to the dough . Put nuts, cranberries or even frozen fruit. Depending on what we have. You can even do nothing.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes depending on the oven.
5.
Top again can be topped with chocolate, jam or whipped cream, or left plain.
