Cocoa cake with bananas
ingredients
1 cup plain flour 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 pk egg 1 cup milk 1/2 cup melted butter 1/2 packet baking powder 2 tbsp black cocoa or plain 3 pk egg whites
cream
500 ml whipping cream (33%, chilled) 2 packets chocolate-flavoured crème olé 250 g soft spreadable curd 2 tbsp granulated sugar

3 pcs banana 1 packet Dr. Oetker milk glaze

Quick mug cake…

In a bowl, mix all dry ingredientsy. progressively add the liquid ingredients and mix the batter. Finally, lightly fold in the stiff whipped egg whites.

Pour the batter into a buttered and cocoa-dusted cake tin and bake for 25 minutes at 170 degrees.

Pour the whipping cream and sugar into a taller bowl, sprinkle 1 and 1/2 packets of chocolate-flavoured crème olé and whip the stiff cream. Finally, stir in the soft cream cheese.
4.
Spread 1/3 of the cream on the cooled cake, arrange the bananas cut in half.
5.
Apply the cream again and finally pour the milk glaze.
