Cocoa cake with banana

3 pcs egg (L) 100 g powdered sugar 1 packet vanilla sugar 100 g melted butter 4 tbsp vegetable oil 1 pk Acidko small (125ml) 250 g semi-coarse flour 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp cinnamon ground 4 tbsp cocoa powder 1 packet baking powder 1 pinch salt 3 pcs bananas (ripe – sweet) 1 handful dried banana slices 1 packet lemon icing powder

My grandmother and mother were very good cooks, their cakes, simple back then, were enjoyed by the whole family. Nowadays we can make a cobbler extra special by adding fruit and other goodies. I also like to bake them and always add something to them. This time it was ripe bananas.

Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, add flour, honey, salt, baking powder…

Add cinnamon , cocoa…

Mix the dough with an electric hand beater.

Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan, cut the bananas into larger pieces and place in the pan, press them into the batter. I also had dried ones, I also put them in.

After baking, take out the bundt pan and pour the prepared lemon glaze over it.

Cut into pieces and enjoy. Enjoy.
