Coal with pasta

Cabanos roasted on onions, mixed with boiled potatoes, pasta and spices.

Ingredients:

300 g of potatoes 200 g of cooked salami (kabanos) 100 g Vegetable Recipes (knees) 2 pcs onion ground pepper oil water salt

Procedure:

1. Boil the potatoes in their skins until tender, peel and cut them into cubes
2. Cook the pasta al dente in boiling salted water according to the instructions
3. Brown the peeled, finely chopped onions in hot oil, add the cabanos or salami cut into half-rounds and fry everything
4. Finally, add the cooked pasta, potatoes, salt, pepper, stir and heat everything through.
