Coal with pasta II

Salami sauteed on onions mixed with cooked pasta, eggs, ketchup and spices, sprinkled with cheese when serving.

Ingredients:

400 g pasta + water 400 g soft salami in whole 200 g grated hard cheese 5 pcs eggplant 2 pcs onions ground pepper ketchup oil salt

Procedure:

1. In a large casserole in heated oil, brown the peeled onion, add the diced salami and fry
3. Then add the cooked drained pasta, stir and gradually add the eggs, let it set for a while, then stir again, add salt, pepper, ketchup, divide on plates and sprinkle with finely grated cheese.
