Traditional Czech potato pancake made of potatoes, flour, milk, egg and spices, fried on both sides until golden brown.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Peel the potatoes, grate them, let them stand briefly, then drain off the excess liquid and squeeze the potatoes lightly
2. Then pour milk over them, add plain flour, eggs, peeled crushed garlic cloves, marjoram, cumin, ground pepper, salt and mix everything thoroughly so that no lumps remain in the mixture
3. Heat oil or lard in a pan, pour a small part of the potato dough into it, form a pancake about 0.5 cm thick and fry it on both sides until golden brown, continue this way until all the dough is used up
