200 g beef tenderloin 1/4 pk onion 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce salt ground black pepper olive oil 1 pk egg yolk gluten-free toast

Place the pre-greased beef tenderloin in a bowl, add the finely chopped onion, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce. Salt and ground black pepper to taste. Drizzle with olive oil. Toss everything together.

Serve immediately with egg yolk and pre-prepared toast.
