Classic mayonnaise salad
ingredients
3 pcs egg yolk 250 g oil 1 KL white wine vinegar 1/2 KL mustard 1 pinch salt, sugar
Salad:
400 g ham sausage 180 g sweet and sour cucumbers 30 g onion 6 g vinegar 10 g sugar 8 g worcestershire sauce 5 g salt 20 g mustard to taste ground black pepper

1. Put the egg yolks in a tall narrow bowl and weigh them. The difference between these and 300 will be the weight of the oil we will be adding to the mayonnaise, in my case it was 250g. Add the vinegar, mustard, salt and sugar to the egg yolks. Pour in the oil, put an immersion blender in the container and leave it on high for two seconds. Slowly pull it up through the container and you should have a thick homemade mayonnaise. 2. Cut the ham sausage into strips along with the cucumbers. Add the finely chopped onion. Add all the spices and other ingredients to the mayonnaise and mix everything together. Let the finished salad sit in the fridge for at least an hour and serve.
