450 g plain flour 30 g yeast 1 pinch sugar, salt 200 ml milk 2 tbsp oil 1 pk egg
step
1. Then add it to the flour, egg and salt and make a smooth dough. Cover the dough and leave it in a warm place to rise. 2. Turn the risen dough out onto a floured board, tear off pieces and pull them out sideways with your hands. Fry the langos in a frying pan in hot oil on both sides until golden.
