Classic baked ham fritters

A tradition that never disappoints – this is the baked hamkofleky known since our grandmothers. If you use Zátek’s egg flecks as a base, whose recipe celebrates 130 years this year, you won’t go wrong. You will finish off your favourite taste with them.

Ingredients:

300 g of Egg Spots

.

300 g smoked meat (belly, shoulder) 150 g of lard (part for greasing the mould) 4 pcs oats 2 dl milk mace water pepper salt breadcrumbs to line baking pan

Procedure:

1. Boil the smoked meat, cut it up when cold
2. Boil the flecks in enough lightly salted water, drain them and mix them with the chopped smoked meat
3. Season with salt and pepper, add a little mace and a little lard, transfer the mixture into a pre-greased and breadcrumb-lined tin
4. Place in an oven preheated to 200 °C and bake for 15 minutes, then pour in beaten eggs mixed with milk and bake until golden brown.

Recommendation:

Supplement: pickled cucumber, various vegetable salads
