Clam Chowder
Recipe from Spain for a tasty soup made of mussels, tomatoes and onions with noodles.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Brush the fresh mussels well, rinse them, pour one and a quarter litres of water over them and boil them until they open
2. Fry finely chopped onion in hot oil, add steamed, peeled, finely chopped tomatoes, crushed garlic, marjoram, ground pepper, salt and simmer for a while
3. Then strain the soup, bring to a boil, add the broken noodles, shelled mussels and boil briefly
5. Sprinkle the soup with finely chopped parsley, thyme and serve.
