From yeast and milk, make a sourdough starter. Let rise for 5 minutes.

From flour, eggs, sugar, sourdough make a dough. Cover the dough with cling film and leave to rise for 1 hour.

Roll the dough into a thinner sheet and spread with cinnamon filling.

Roll the dough and cut into about 3 cm pieces.

Preheat the oven to 190°C.

Brush the sheet with butter and place the chopped cinnamon wasp nests on top.

Bake the cinnamon wasp nests for 15 to 20 minutes.
