Cinnamon slices with mascarpone

ingredients
6 pcs egg 150 g granulated sugar 150 ml oil 150 ml water 200 g semi-coarse flour 1 packet baking powder 1 packet ml. Cinnamon Blackcurrant jam
FILLING I
500 g Mascarpone 400 g Nuttella nutella 500 ml whipping cream 1 packet whipping cream stiffener
FILLER II
500 ml whipping cream 2 packets whipping cream stiffener 2 packets vanilla sugar

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, add the oil, water, progressive flour mixed with baking powder and cinnamon.

Finally stir in the stiff snow.

Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes. Baking sheet 30×40 cm.

Brush the baked cake with jam and leave to cool.

FILLING I: Whip the cream and the thickener and add it to the mascarpone mixed with Nutella.

Pour onto the crust.
7.
FILLING II: Whip the cream with the vanilla sugars and the thickener. Spread the stiff whipped cream on top of Filling I.
8.
Decorate and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
