I got this recipe from my mum and it is suitable for any occasion.
1.
In the milk, crumble the yeast, add 50 g of flour, mix and let the sourdough rise.

Mix the egg yolks with 80 g of sugar and 100 g of Palmarin, add to the risen mixture, add salt, make a dough and let it rise for 30 min.

Roll out, brush with remaining melted fat, sprinkle with raisins, 100 g sugar and ground cinnamon.

Roll and cut the dough into slices, let rise on a baking sheet for 20 minutes and bake in a preheated oven180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
