Cinnamon brioche
ingredients
2 dl milk 120 g soft butter 2 pk egg yolks 3 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1 KL grated lemon peel 500 g semi-coarse flour 1/2 cube yeast fresh 1 packet cinnamon sugar raisins (optional)

Suitable for the baking machine too.
1.
Mix the ingredients for the dough progressively in a bowl except the cinnamon sugar and work well. I used a beater with whisks. Let the dough rise.

Then roll the dough into a rectangle, brush lightly with oil, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and roll into a log. Place in a tin and leave to proof. Brush with the remaining egg white and bake.
