Ciabatta with mozzarella, cheese and sundried tomatoes

A warm appetizer made with fresh ciabatta (Italian white bread) brushed with pesto, garnished with mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 2 pieces best fresh ciabatta 1 package mozarella 1 packet of dried or sun-dried and pickled tomatoes 1 jar pesto seeds of herbs olive oil

Procedure:

1. Cut the ciabatta in half, tear it in half and brush the inside with pesto
2. Place the slices of mozzarella and dried or dried and marinated, thoroughly drained tomatoes on top of the pesto
3. Drizzle the ciabattas with olive oil and bake them in a preheated oven at 220 °C until golden brown
4. Serve the pastries while still warm, garnished with sprigs of herbs.
