Chunan-style fish pieces

Fried fillets of sea fish, served with Vegetable Recipes fried in the fat after frying the fish. In China, fish prepared in this way is served with rice, in our conditions it is served with boiled or baked potatoes or fries.

Procedure:
1. Cut the cod portions into 3-4 cm long pieces, pat dry
2. Make a thin batter from the ingredients listed above, put the pieces of fish through it and fry them in oil on both sides until golden brown
3. Set the fried fish pieces aside in a warm place, add the chopped leek, red pepper and garlic to the fish stock, season with ginger, soy sauce, salt and pepper and sauté until the Vegetable Recipes are soft
