Christmas turkey with garlic mash

Turkey roasted in bacon, stuffed with garlic mashed potatoes.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Dry the cleaned and washed turkey with a paper towel
2. Heat butter in a roasting pan, spread bacon slices on the bottom and sprinkle with ginger
4. Place the salted turkey on the bacon, cover with water and roast slowly at a temperature of about 190 °C
5. Towards the end of the roasting process, which takes about 3 hours, uncover the roasting pan and finish roasting the turkey until golden brown
7. Then remove it, transfer the roasting pan with the turkey to the stove, let the excess water evaporate, dust with flour, fry, pour a glass of water and let it simmer for a while
8. Add salt and pepper to taste
9. Prepare the garlic mash (see below)
10. Then transfer the mash into a bag with a creamer and fill it with the roasted turkey
11. Garnish the turkey with fresh lettuce leaves, sprigs of parsley and grapefruit slices and serve immediately on the holiday table.
Mash preparation:
1. Cut the peeled potatoes into pieces and boil them in salted water until tender
2. Mash the hot potatoes, add salt, butter and gradually add hot milk

You can substitute turkey for the turkey.
