Ingredients:
150 g cooked foie gras 4 eggs 60 g flour 300 g milk 50 g butter 130 g fresh cream 1 pinch sweet pepper salt and pepper
Preparation:
Put the eggs, flour, butter, milk, sour cream, chili pepper and salt and pepper in the thermomix bowl and set for 5 minutes at 90° on speed 3.
At the buzzer add the foie gras cut into pieces then mix for 20 seconds at speed 6.
Pour the preparation into buttered and floured ramekins then bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
Serve hot.
