100 g Hera / butter 100 g powdered sugar 1 packet vanillin sugar 1 pk egg 1 pinch salt 5 g baking powder juice of one orange 300 g plain flour

Crisp flakes with the scent of orange…

Mix the cake with the icing sugar. Add vanillin sugar, egg, a pinch of salt and orange juice.

Mix the flour with the baking powder, add to the other ingredients and work into a dough. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.

After the dough has rested, roll it out on a well-floured surface to a thickness of 4-5 mm and cut out flakes. Before each use, flour the mould to prevent the dough from sticking.

Bake at 180°C for about 8 minutes.

After baking, dust the flakes with icing sugar.
