Christmas salmon

1 packet salmon 2 cloves garlic plain flour thyme fish seasoning lemon butter oil

Remove the salmon from the wrapper, rinse under water. Pat dry and sprinkle lightly on both sides with fish seasoning.

Turn the salmon skin side up and coat the skin with plain flour. Put a little oil in a heated frying pan. When the oil is already boiling add the salmon skin side down. Bake for 2-3 mins until the salmon has changed colour halfway through the fillet. Watch from the bottom to make sure the skin doesn’t burn. When it is half-baked, turn it skin side up.

Add a little butter, thyme, 2 cloves of garlic and a little lemon juice. Roast for about another 2 mins until the salmon is done. Let it rest in the pan for a while and serve. Serve with either potatoes or salad. The salmon can be drizzled with lemon juice before serving. Enjoy.
