1/2 liter brewed black tea 1 liter orange juice 1 liter red wine (semi-sweet) 2 dl rum 1 pcs juiced lemon 5 tbsp granulated sugar 1 tbsp vanilla sugar 2 pcs whole cinnamon pcs cloves, star anise pcs finely chopped oranges, tangerines, apples, raspberries …and a lemon for decoration

Place all the ingredients in one saucepan, stir occasionally to dissolve the sugar and meld the flavours.

Heat, but do not boil to prevent the alcohol from evaporating.
3.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
