Christmas potato salad

1 kg potatoes 250 g soft sausage 4 pcs sterilised cucumber 1 pcs onion 3 tbsp sterilised peas 2 pcs hard-boiled egg 1/2 pcs celery 2 pcs carrot 1 pcs parsley 1 pcs apple 1/2 tbsp pepper 2 tbsp salt 1 tbsp vinegar 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp mustard 200 g mayonnaise 1 tbsp oil
procedure

Cook the peanuts in their skins, peel them while still warm and leave them to cool. Cook the root Vegetable Recipes in salted and lightly acidified water until tender.

Cut the lettuce, cucumber, onion, apple and boiled eggs, cold potatoes and Vegetable Recipes into cubes, finally add the peas. Stir the mixture, season with salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, worchester, mustard and finally lightly stir in the mayonnaise.

Thoroughly mix the salad, cover and refrigerate until the next day.
