4 handfuls of dried mushrooms 5 pcs larger potatoes 1 pcs small onion 4 pcs bay leaf 2 tbsp vinegar 3 tbsp plain flour a little milk 1 crucible whipping cream pcs oil pcs salt, black ground pepper

The best will be from a mix of oak, goat and dried mushrooms, simply what the mushroom season has given… The recipe is for a 6 litre pot.

Fry finely chopped onion in oil.

In a bowl, pour boiling water over the dried mushrooms and let them swell for at least 10 minutes.

Then pour everything over the onions, add water, salt, pepper add bay and vinegar.

Let it cook until the mushrooms seem semi-hot, add the potatoes cut into small cubes and cook until soft.

While the potatoes are cooking, put some oil and flour in a saucepan, fry the roux, add a little milk and thicken.

Finish with cream 😀 yay, more fresh bread and delicious soup can be sipped 😀
