Christmas meringues

ingredients

2 pcs egg white 140 g powdered sugar 60 g ground walnuts a little lemon zest

Mustard with nuts. Use egg whites.

Beat the egg whites into stiff whipped cream. Add the icing sugar and beat over steam until stiff. Set aside, add nuts and grated lemon zest.

Place the mixture into a decorating bag and pipe small meringues onto the baking sheet. Dry slowly at 100 degrees.
