Christmas fish soup

2 litres water 1 pk carp head 5 pk whole black pepper 5 pk whole allspice 5 pk whole allspice 1 pk bay leaf to taste salt 1 pk onion 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp plain flour 300 g root Vegetable Recipes to taste roe a little parsley

Place the fish trimmings, spices, bay leaf in 1 litre of water, season with salt and bring to the boil. Drain, peel and debone the fish meat.

Cut the onion finely, fry in butter and sprinkle with flour. Stirring constantly, prepare the onion roux by pouring in 1 litre of water and stirring thoroughly. Add the chopped Vegetable Recipes and cook until tender.

Add fish stock, roe or milk and meat to the vegetable stock. Simmer everything together briefly, season with salt to taste and top with chopped parsley.
