Christmas cabbage soup
ingredients
500 g smoked meat 300 g pork 500 g sauerkraut 2 pcs onion a little bay leaf a little ground black pepper a little ground allspice a little ground allspice a little marjoram 1 tbsp bacon 150 g sausage a little ground red pepper a little salt

Put the smoked meat and pork in hot water and cook until almost tender

Then add chopped sour, chopped onion, bay leaf, ground black pepper and allspice, marjoram and bring to a boil.

Remove the soft meat, cut into cubes and put back into the soup.

Cook the bacon chopped finely, add the sausage cut into rings, fry a little, dust with ground red pepper and pour into the cabbage soup. Season with salt and simmer briefly.
