We propose you the recipe of Chouquettes with Thermomix. A chouquette is a small puffed pastry made of choux pastry and sugar.

Ingredients: 120 g flour 150 g water 3 eggs 80 g butter 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon powdered sugar 30 g sugar Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Put the water, butter, salt and sugar in the Thermomix bowl, then program4 minutes at 100°C and speed 1. Add the eggs one by one through the opening, programming your Thermomix at speed 5, then mix for another 30 seconds at speed 5.
Make small spoonfuls of the preparation, then roll them in the sugar crystals and place them on an oven tray previously covered with a sheet of baking paper. Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C, then 15 minutes at 180°C, finally let cool on a rack.
