Chocolate toast with homemade whipped cream and pecans

Sweet toast suitable as an afternoon snack not only for children, but also for all sweet tooths.

Ingredients:

250 g of toasted bread (e.g.: Rosicky’s by Penam) 100 g of milk chocolate

20 g of pecans

Procedure:

1. Melt chocolate with chopped nuts in a saucepan (in a water bath) (leave a few for decoration)
2. Toast the toasted bread in a second pan
3. Pour the prepared mixture over the toasted bread and garnish with nuts.

Recommendation:

For adults, use cooking chocolate. Children will like the milk chocolate better.
