Chocolate stars with walnut filling

300 g plain flour extra special 200 g butter 100 g powdered sugar 1 pk egg 1 pinch salt 1 pk vanilla sugar 1 tbsp cocoa
nut filling
100 g ground nuts 2 tbsp rum um 60 g icing sugar 2 tbsp jam boiling water chocolate glaze

1.
Sieve the flour and sugar and add the other ingredients. Make a smooth dough.

Roll out the dough and cut out stars.
3.
Bake on a greased baking sheet.
4.
Glue the baked ones together with the walnut filling and dip in chocolate icing.
5.
Nut filling: boil nuts in a little boiling water, add sugar, vanilla sugar, flavour with rum. Spread the star lightly with jam and nut filling. Stick together.
