Chocolate Pudding III

Pudding served with hot sauce made of cocoa, milk and sugar.

Ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 people: 120 g smooth flour

. 120 g of flour sugar 120 g butter 3 pcs eggplant 1 tsp cocoa 1 tsp cocoa powder hot water butter to grease the mold Butter: 2 tablespoons of cocoa 1 tsp starch meal 3 dl milk 30 g sugar 15 g butter vanillin sugar

Procedure:

1. Beat the softened butter with the icing sugar to a light foam and add the beaten eggs
2. Then stir in the plain flour sifted with cocoa and baking powder and enough hot water to make a soft dough that falls easily from the spoon
3. Put the batter into a greased pudding tin (or other suitable container) – the batter should not exceed 3/
8 of the volume of the tin
4. Place a double sheet of parchment paper, lightly greased on the underside, around the perimeter of the mould and cook the pudding in a water bath for about 1 hour
5. Mix the cocoa with the sugar and the starch powder
7. Then with some of the cold milk, pour it all into the remaining hot milk
8. Stirring constantly, bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes
9. Season the sauce with vanillin sugar and soften with butter
10. Serve hot.
