2 cups semi-coarse flour 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 packet baking powder 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder 2 pk egg 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 cup milk 1/2 pk vanilla pod – marrow 30 g dark chocolate

A classic that never gets old!
1.
Use a 250 ml cup to dose the ingredients.

Pour the dry ingredients into a bowl and stir. Add the eggs, oil, milk, vanilla marrow and mix with a fork. Finally, add the chopped chocolate.

Place paper cupcakes on a muffin tray and fill 2/3 full with batter.

Bake at 180 °C for about 20-25 minutes, or adjust the baking time to suit your oven.
5.
Let the baked muffins cool briefly in the tin on a wire rack, then remove from the tin. Enjoy!
