Chocolate mousse with Thermomix

If you plan to make an easy dessert, try this chocolate mousse recipe with your Thermomix.

Based on only two ingredients this chocolate mousse recipe is most easy to prepare. You can add 50g of sugar if you like the sweetness a little more pronounced.

Ingredients:

6 eggs 150 g pastry chocolate

Preparation of the chocolate mousse with Thermomix:

Start by separating the egg whites and yolks, then insert the whisk into the bowl and put the egg whites in. Program 4 minutes at 37° at speed 3.5 and set aside.

Put the chocolate in the bowl then chop it for 10 seconds at speed 10, then melt the chocolate for 3 minutes at 50° at speed 3.

Add the egg yolks and set 30 seconds at speed 4, then pour into a bowl then gently fold in the egg whites. Mix well with a spatula.

Disperse your mixture into ramekins and then place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.
