Chocolate gingerbread cookies

80 g powdered sugar 2 pcs egg 60 g dark chocolate 120 g butter 4 tbsp honey 500 g plain flour 1 packet baking powder for gingerbread 3 tbsp cocoa powder egg for rubbing

Tasty gingerbread cookies. They stand out beautifully with white decorations

Blend eggs and sugar, add grated chocolate, soft butter and honey. Separately mix the dry ingredients – flour, cocoa and gingerbread powder. Progressively add the mixture to the chocolate mixture.

Prepare a smooth dough, which is rolled out to a thickness of 5 mm. Cut out gingerbread cookies.

Bake at 180 degrees for 8 minutes. Brush with beaten egg after removing from the oven. The gingerbread can be decorated with egg white icing.
