Chocolate filled milk rolls with Thermomix

Ingredients: 550 g flour 100 g rice flour 120 g sugar 100 g butter (softened) 250 ml milk 125 g yogurt (white) 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 20 g Nutella yeast Preparation:

Put the milk and yeast in the thermomix bowl then set 2 min at 37°C speed 1.
Add 100 g of flour then mix 20 sec at speed 2.
Let it rest for 30 min.
Then add the rest of the flour, rice flour, sugar, yogurt, egg, vanilla extract, and butter then set 3 min on epi.
Remove the dough and put it in a container covered with plastic wrap then let it rest for 1 hour.
Then form a dozen rolls, place them on a sheet of baking paper.Then make incisions with scissors, after place them in a turned off oven for another 45 min.Brush the breads with a little milk with a brush.
Bake the breads in an oven at 180°C for 15 min.
Remove from the oven then let cool completely.
Then cut the ends and divide each bread in two, then spread 1 to 2 spoonfuls of nutella then close.
