Chocolate dessert with biscuits

A nice flavor for chocolate lovers, biscuits dipped with eggnog. A dessert topical for the upcoming holidays.

Beat the softened butter, sugar, a pinch of salt until smooth progressively add one egg yolk at a time. Sift the flour, combine with baking powder, nuts, cocoa and stir into the batter a little at a time. Finally, whip the egg whites into a stiff snow which is lightly folded into the batter with a fork. Line a 25×30 cm baking tray with baking paper and spread evenly. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Let the baked cake cool, prepare the ingredients for the cream. Remove the baking paper from the crust and cook the chocolate pudding in the milk and stir in the chocolate a little at a time. Cool, stirring occasionally. Cream the butter until smooth and combine with the pudding.

Brush the crust with eggnog, brush with jam, spread the filling evenly smooth. Dip biscuits in liqueur spread over custard, flat side down.

Prepare the chocolate glaze in a water bath and pour it over the whole dessert, put it in the fridge to harden before serving and cut into cubes.
