Chocolate-curd cake
ingredients
70 g cooking chocolate 3 pcs eggs 140 ml milk 130 g granulated sugar 250 g butter 300 g plain flour 1 packet baking powder 2 tbsp cocoa powder salt
Filling
500 g plain cottage cheese 1 packet vanilla pudding (powder) 100 ml milk grated lemon zest vanilla flavouring

Blend the ingredients for the custard filling together with a mixer and set aside.

Melt the chocolate over steam and allow to cool slightly.

Whip the softened butter with a mixer and beat together with the sugar until foamy. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring continuously, followed by the cooled melted chocolate.

In a separate bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and add them to the chocolate mixture.
5.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the pastry in the bottom of the tin, top with half of the cheesecake filling, cover again with pastry, again with cheesecake and finish with pastry.
6.
Bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes, depending on the oven.
