Chocolate dipped chestnut balls…I love it!
1.
Cut chestnuts crosswise and cook for 30 minutes.

Peel the cooked chestnuts.
3.
Make a puree (preferably using a blender).
4.
Add sugar.
5.
Shape into balls in the shape of chestnuts.
6.
Make the chocolate and coat the chestnuts so that the end is left uncoated.
