Chocolate cake with blueberry cream

First prepare the mould, put paper on the bottom. In a large bowl, separate the egg whites from the yolks and whip the stiff cream with a pinch of salt. When the egg whites are beaten, slowly add the sugar a little at a time and whisk.Then whisk in the egg yolks and oil.Weigh out the flour and cocoa and add it to the batter, sifted well.Mix lightly.Then pour the batter into the prepared tin. Put the mould in the oven and bake.Bake for about 40 min at 150 °C.Let cool on a wire rack after baking.

Cut into three parts before filling.

I used blueberries from the freezer.Boil the blueberries with vanilla sugar.

In a little water, stir in the golden cob,pour in the blueberries and cook the pudding.Let cool, stirring occasionally.

Beat the butter with the sugar

And whisk the blueberry pudding into the whipped progress.

Beautifully whipped blueberry custard.Fill the cake shell with this custard.

Then pour the chocolate icing all over the filled cake body and let it set.Finally, decorate the cake as desired.
