Chocolate cake with blackberries

I was inspired by the internet, I have a lot of frozen fruit, you need to spend.

Make a water bath. Chop the good quality chocolate into chunks and also chop the fat and put it to melt. Let cool slightly while still liquid

Beat the egg and sugar until frothy. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture

gradually add flour mixed with baking powder.

Transfer the dough to a 25×35 cm baking pan. Flatten. Place frozen fruit on top, I put blackberries and a few currants.

Bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes.

Finally make a white chocolate icing and drizzle it over the top of the cake.

Have a nice chocolate-filled cake.
