The recipe for microwave chocolate cake is a quick dessert for those who, in possession of the device, want to indulge themselves, without much difficulty. Just as good compared to the traditional chocolate cake, it is convenient because it can be prepared at the last moment.

Ingredients: 6 parts: 100 g dark chocolate 25 g stevia or sweetener 120 g cottage cheese 0% or skyr 1/4 packet baking powder 50 g flour 3 eggs Preparation:
Let’s start preparing the chocolate cake in the microwave, by Chopping the dark chocolate, then place it in a fairly large bowl. Then put the chocolate in the microwave on high power for 1 minute.
The chocolate should totally melt and become quite smooth. Then add the cottage cheese to the bowl and microwave again for 1 minute.
Put the eggs and stevia in a bowl and mix well with a mixer, then add them to the chocolate.
Add the yeast and flour to the mixture a little at a time while mixing, then line a dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture in.
Bake the chocolate cake in the microwave on high for 5 to 6 minutes, then check by inserting a toothpick in the center; it should remain perfectly dry if the cake is done.
Take the chocolate cake out of the microwave and let it cool before unmolding it.
This cake can be stored for up to 2 days at room temperature. But, it is best eaten during the day to get the most out of its flavor and moist consistency.
