Chocolate cake brownies

4 pcs egg 130 g sugar 200 g melted butter 200 g cooking chocolate 120 g semi-coarse flour 1 packet baking powder (fruit to taste-cherries, raspberries,…) (solid butter to grease +coarse flour to line the baking sheet)

A juicy and delicious cake, the taste of which will be appreciated especially by chocolate lovers :))

Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan.

Weigh the flour into a bowl and mix with the baking powder. Turn the oven to 180°C.

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Progressively add the melted butter and chocolate while slowly whisking.

Stir in the flour mixed with the baking powder and pour the batter into the pre-greased and coarsely floured baking tray. If desired, place any fruit on top of the dough.

Bake the cake for 20-25 min at 180°C. After baking, remove from the oven and allow to cool properly.
