Chocolate cake

160 g plain flour (ideally T650) 300 g chocolate 2 tbsp cocoa 225 g Palmarin with butter 200 g granulated sugar for dusting the baking sheet 5 eggs salt

This recipe is suitable for coffee, I got it from my mum who often makes it when we come to visit. It is our favourite cookie.

In a bowl mix flour, cocoa, salt.

Put butter and chocolate in a bowl and melt in a water bath. Stir the sugar into the chocolate, melt. Let the chocolate cool to room temperature.

Into the cooled chocolate stir in the egg and rennet mixture. Pour onto the baking sheet and bake for 25-35 minutes.
