Chocolate brownies

A sweet dessert originally from the USA, which is gaining more and more popularity in our country. It is baked in many variations and variations.

Ingredients:

350 g of high-quality chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 60% 250 g td>brown caster sugar 250 g

td>butter 85 g smooth flour 1 tsp baking powder 4 pcs smaller eggs baking paper baking paper

Procedure:

1. Melt the chopped chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath with the butter
2. Whisk the eggs and sugar together until thick and glossy, then gently stir this into the melted chocolate
3. Add the sifted flour mixed with baking powder and whisk until smooth
4. Pour the batter into a greased and then paper-lined baking tin and bake in a preheated oven at 150-160 °C for 30-35 minutes, until the surface is shiny but dry and the inside should be moist
5. While the dough is cooling, it will still work, it is called run out, leave it in the mould for 1 hour, then cut the brownies into squares and let them rest for a while.
