Chocolate brownie with Thermomix

Brownie is a chocolate fondant cake, usually topped with nut pieces, and melting in places. Here is our recipe to make your Chocolate Brownie with Thermomix.
Ingredients: 220 g dark chocolate 150 g powdered sugar 100 g pecans 3 eggs 60 g flour 120 g soft butter pinch of cinnamon powder Preparation:
Start by preheating the oven to 180°, then roughly chop the chocolate and put it in the thermomix bowl and mix10 seconds at speed 7 and set aside.
Put the eggs and sugar in the bowl, then mix2 minutes at speed 4.
Add the flour, butter and cinnamon then mix another 2 minutes at speed 4. Then add the chocolate and program3 minutes at 50° and speed 2.
Add the nuts and mix10 seconds at speed 4.
Pour the mixture into a previously buttered and floured pan, then bake for 25 minutes.
Finally, let cool before cutting into pieces and serving.
