Chocolate barbecue
ingredients
3 pcs wafers 2 pcs eggs 100 g coconut sugar 120 g coconut oil 50 g sliced almonds 80 g dried fruit (apricots, plums, raisins) 50 g chocolate (70% cocoa content) chocolate for the icing

Grills with a refined filling of chocolate, almonds and dried fruit.

Beat the eggs with the sugar over steam.

Add chocolate chunks, coconut oil, one crushed wafer, chopped dried fruit, almond slices. Wait for the chocolate to melt and stir.
3.
Spread the chocolate mixture over the wafer and top with the other. Weigh down and leave to set.
4.
Cut and decorate.
