Chocolate and Rum Moelleux with Thermomix
Here is the recipe for chocolate and rum moelleux with Thermomix, a super moist cake with a melting texture, very simple and quick to make for dessert or snack.
Ingredients:
150 g dark chocolate 100 g butter 150 g sugar 40 g flour 3 eggs 1 tablespoon rum 1 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation:
Place the chocolate in the bowl, then chop for 10 seconds on speed 9.
Scrape down the sides, then add the butter and set for 4 minutes at 50° on speed 2.
Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix for 50 seconds on speed 4.
Pour the mixture into a baking tin lined with baking paper, then bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 180°C ( preheated oven).
