Chocolate and Orange Fondant Cake with Thermomix

Here is the recipe for chocolate and orange fondant cake in Thermomix, a tasty chocolate cake soft and melting, deliciously flavored with orange, easy and simple to make in Thermomix, this fondant cake is perfect for a dessert or a gourmet snack.

Ingredients:

200 g dark chocolate 100 g butter 100 g sugar 1 packet of vanilla sugar 4 eggs zest of 1 orange cocoa powder

Preparation in Thermomix:

Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Insert the banks of eggs into the bowl and then whisk them for 4 minutes at speed 3.5.
After 3 minutes add 5g of powdered sugar. Then set aside.
Wash and dry the bowl and put the chocolate in it then chop for 10 seconds at speed 10.
Add the butter then set for 4 minutes at 50° at speed 2.
At the buzzer add 50 g of sugar, the vanilla sugar, the grated orange zest and the egg yolks then mix for 50 seconds at speed 5.
Incorporate the egg whites then gently mix with a Maryse.
Pour the preparation into a cake tin lined with baking paper then bake at 160°C for 40 minutes.
Allow to cool then sprinkle your fondant cake with cocoa and serve.
