Chocolate and Fromage Blanc Fondant
Here is the recipe for chocolate and cottage cheese fondant, a tasty fondant cake that is very light, without butter, easy to make and perfect for dessert or a gourmet snack.
Ingredients for 6 people:
2 eggs 90 g dark chocolate 100 g white cheese 0% 1 tablespoon sweetener 1 tablespoon flour
Preparation:
Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
In a bowl whisk the egg yolks with the sweetener then add the flour, cottage cheese and melted chocolate. Mix well.
Mix the egg whites until stiff then add them to the previous preparation and mix.
Pour the preparation into a mold lined with parchment paper then bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
