Chive Soup

Curly gourd is a tasty edible mushroom, great for soups and steaks.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Throw a stock cube into one litre of water
2. Add the washed and cut into larger irregular cubes to the water and boil for about 20 minutes
3. Drain and store the broth, cut the mushrooms into irregular noodles
4. Make a light casserole with the butter and flour, stir in the paprika
5. Finally, add the mashed or crushed garlic to the roux and let it rest for a while
6. Pour in the broth, season with a pinch of marjoram and ginger
7. Add salt and pepper to taste
8. Add the mushrooms and let everything simmer for a while
9. Garnish with chopped chives (parsley).

Serve with fresh bread.
